feed the birds !

I used  a  digi  from  All  dressed up  for  this  card It is called  Feed  the  Birds .I  thought it appropriate  for  this weather . I  coloured it  with Promarkers  adding  glossy  accents to  her hat  and layered it onto  bird paper from my  stash  . I  completed the  card by  adding a feather  , felt  bird  embellishments and  a  die  cut  sentiment .
