Cosy Penguin

This  card features   a  favourite  stamp of mine  from  LOTV  which is  called Cosy  Penguin  . I have had it  for  several  years now  and  like  to use it  for  Christmas and winter. I  fussy  cut it  and  coloured it  with PMs  , I  added  glitter  and  aleene's  glitter  snow.
