I used  backing  paper  from  LC designs  for  this  card , The image is  from  Bugaboo  and is  called  Holiday  Cheer  glass . I  fussy  cut it , coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  added glossy  accents  to  make  the glass  look  realistic  . I  added  LOTV  sentiment ,bow ,sequins and stickles  .
