I love  this  digi  from  Di's  digis  . It is  called  Up  and  away  cupcake  day   I  coloured it  with  promarkers  and  added  glossy  accents  and  glitter. I  used  nested  ovals  to  layer it  and  used  a  Happy  Birthday  background  card.The  balloons  are  die  cut  and  glittered .
