Recently I got some new serif digikits and designed this background with them, I also used
the fish backing paper from one . The background paper is LCs Ombre which I dry embossed with a lines and spots embossing folder .
The embellishments are Memory Box Big splash border .Punched fish and googly eye ,glossy accents .liquid pearls ,ribbon nad glass fish .
