Blue Valentine

I  began  this card  by  dry  embossing  some  blue  shiny card and  then  spraying it  with  CC  Spray  and  sparkle  .I  added  this  to  a  scalloped  base  card
Using papers  and  shapes  I  designed  the background on  Serif  . The  embellishments  are  Padded hearts  and  gems  /
