I  found this ombre  paper  by  Little  Claire  which  went  from Blue  to  Purple  and  suited  this  card  well.

I  used  ----
Picot  edged  base  card  .
LC  Ombre  paper
Spelllbinders  Nestabilities  Regal  oval  die
LOTV  Handbags  stamp  coloured  with Promarkers  and  finished  with glossy  accents  .

Embellishments 
Spotty  Ribbon and  bow    from Crafty  Ribbons  .
Flowers
Sentiment  from  Stash
Amethyst  Gilding  wax  / Liquid  Pearls
