I have  had  the  paper on  the  base of  this  card  for years  and have  kept it  'just in  case ! '
At  last  I  can use it  .  I  designed  the  paper on  the  top  from  MCS .

I  used  digi  from  Little  scraps of  heaven  designs  Free  little  lady  bug  design  which  I  coloured  with  Promarkers  . 
Dotty  embossing  folder
Printed  sentiment  (not my  own  choice of  words  but  I  saw it on  a  stamp  and  loved  it !)
