Another  Card  using  this  delightful  image  cut  from a  Cricut  Cartridge  .  I made  this  for  a  lovely  little  girl  who  will be  one  soon.

I used --
Spotted  Card  Blank
Border  cut  from  Martha  Stewart  All  around  the  Page  Punch  (Blossom)
Die  cut  from  Cricut  Cartridge  Baby  Steps also  First  Birthday  from  this  cartridge .These  were  all  cut out in  white  card  and  coloured  with Promarkers  .
Background  Papers LOTV  Paper  Pads .The  very  top  layer  was  dry  embossed

Embellishments  --
Double  sided  Ribbon .
Green  Flock  Powder .
Peel off Name .
Stickles  Glue .
C.C. Spray  and  Sparkle  Irridescent. 
Gilding  Wax .
Organza  Flower
