I  just love  Pastel  Shades  and I  love  this  image  so  they  just had  to  go  together  . It made  a  pleasant  change  from  making  Easter  Cards  .

I  used  ----Background  papers  from  LOTV  Bonnets  and  Bow ties  and  Solids  always  and  forever , embossed  with  a  Happy  Birthday  embossing  folder  .
Circle  cut in  glitter  card  .
