When I got  this  stamp  I  felt it  needed  toadstools  as  a  background so I  designed  a  backing  paper  to  fit . The  stamp is  Midsummer  Night  by  Lili of  the  Valley . I  framed this  with  a  die  cut  from  the  Italian  Collection  by Sue  Wilson  (creative expressions  ) . I  cut  the  toadstools  from  a cricut  cartridge  and  to  complete  the  card I  used peel offs  card  candi  and  red  bling  .

I used  papers of  all  shades of the  rainbow  for  this  card which I then  embossed  and  distressed  . I  cut the  flowers  using  Spellbinders  Aster  dies  and  another  die  from  my  stash  . I  coloured  all  the  flowers  with  promarkers  of  various  shades  which  gave  me  experience of  using  the  blender pen  . Each flower  was  topped  with  card candi  and  attached  together  with  line  peel offs  .I  also  found  pro markers useful  for  colouring these  the  right  shade  . I  added  doodle  dewdrops The  sentiment  was  from  my  stash  .

It  was  so  nice  to  abandon  the  dies  for  this  card  .I  used  a  Sherri  Baldy  Daffodilla  digi  which I won recently  .I  coloured  it  with promarkers  and made  the  hats  to  match  using  a  Woodware punch  that I have had  for years  . It  was  good  to  unearth it  again.  The border  was made using  a Blossom  All  around  the  page  punch  by  Martha Stewart  . The  embellishments I  used  were  ribbons  flowers  and 
doodle  dewdrops  .

This  7th  birthday  card  is  for  my  great nephew  as I  thought the stamp  was  appropriate  for  him  . It is  Lili of  the  Valley  'Land  Ahoy  ' which I coloured  with  promarkers    and  gilding  wax after stamping it onto a Spellbinders  oval  die   cut .  . I  embossed  some sparkly paper  for  the  background  .
The  embellishments  are  a  starfish  ,peel offs   bakers  twine  . The  sentiment  I  designed myself  .

I stamped  several  leaves  from  Sheena  Douglas  Fuchsia  stamp  for  this  card  . I  then  put  gilding  wax  and promarkers  colours  on  each  before  coating  with  glossy  accents  . The photo  doesnt  show  the  shine  . To get  the  full  effect  of  autumn  I  chose  several  Autumn  words  and  typed  them  on to  the  background  . I used  wood  grain  paper  to  make  the  window  and  backed it  with  acetate  . Stickles  provided  the  rain  drops  .It  seemed  strange  to  think  that it is  Autumn  with the  lovely  weather  we  are  experiencing  at  the  moment  but  no  doubt  those  leaves  will be  falling  soon  !!

I  wanted  this  card  to be  a  special  anniversary  card  so  I  spent  some  time planning it  . I  wanted  to  try  embossing  the  basic  card  and  did  this  with  a  small  Spellbinders  embossing  folder  and  lots  of  moving  about  with the  embossing  folder  and  die  cutting  machine  . I  stamped  the  main  image in  gold,  which is 'Love Birds' by  Lili of  the  Valley  and  a  great   favourite  of  mine  . The  sentiment  I had in my  stash , as  with  the  flowers  and I  sprayed  the  leaves  gold  with  Spray  and  Sparkle  .

I got this new  stamp  from  LOTV  this  week  and  made  a  card  with it  straightaway  . I  decided  to  make  a  tag  which  could  be  added  to  a  present of  fireworks  or  treacle  toffee ? .The  stamp is  called 'Bonfire'. I coloured it  with  promarkers  and  added  glossy  accents and stickles glitter  , I  frayed  the  edges  and  used  gold gilding  wax  to  give the impression  of  being  burnt  .It isn't  clear on  the photo  but it  says Enjoy  Nov  5th . The  ribbon  was  plain  gold  so  I  used  promarkers  to  add  some  fiery  colours  to it.This  is  something I  do  regularly  and I  rarely  buy  coloured  ribbon.
