Special card

 I made  this  card  for  a special  little  girl in  the  family  .I began  using   background paper  from  LOTV  The  image is  one  I  bought  a  couple of  weeks  ago  . I   printed it  as  a  sticker  and layered it onto  white  card  edged  with  a  die  cut  border  . I  added snow , posca  splats  a  sticker  sentiment  and  snowflakes. I edged the  card  with  skinny  washi  tape  .
