This cute design is from Di's digis and is called Three chilly penguins , They are certainly wrapped up well! I fussy cut it and coloured it with marker pens adding glitter . I cut off part of the base card and added paper from my stash .To complete I added glitter film for the snow, sticker snowballs ,a stamped sentiment and skinny washi tape .
