I  found  this  design  which I  got  from  LOTV  and  thought it  fitted  the  sentiment  well  I  cut the image  with  a  tattered Lace  lacy  round  die  which  I  layered onto  Mirri  card .  I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  adding glitter  .
