I wanted these cute polar bears to be the main part of this card . The design is from LOTV and called 'Starry Night ' . I fussy cut it and coloured it with PMs added Snowit staars and stickles . The bae card is embossed sprayed with Spray and sparkle . To complete I added a die cut sentiment .
