Girl with Balloon

 Fo  this  card  I used  a  digi  from  All  dressed  up  called Happy  Birthday  . I  designed a  balloon  background and  added  glossy  accents  to  the balloons  I  coloured  the  image  with  PMs and  added  glitter  . I used  a  sie  cut mirri  balloon  for  the main  balloon.
