Fairies' Wings

This  lovely  butterfly  girl  comes  from  Stamping  Bella  and  she is  called  Butterfly  Girl  Bess  . I  fussy  cut her  and  coloured her  with  Promarkers  . I  added  Jones  Tones  glitter onto her  wings  and  tried  a new  technique  on  her  dress  . I  bought  some  cheap  glitter  nail varnish  but it  was rough on my  nails  so  tried it on her  dress and it  worked well.  I  punched  tiny  flowers  for her  headdress  . The  background  paper  is from  Paper  Boutique's  country  stroll  and  the  black  border  and  centre  are  also  cut  from a  die  by paper  boutique  .  The  sentiment is  from LOTV  and  I  completed  the  card with  card  candi  .
