Night Ollie

I used  a  black  base  card  which  I half  embossed  with  a  flower/star  embossing  folder  picking out  the  stars  with  silver  stickles . The  digi  is  Night ollie  from Pink  gem  designs  which  I  coloured  with  PMs  stickles  ,liquid  pearls  and  glitter  .
I  added  yellow  ribbon  ,a  bow  and  a coloured  Peel off  sentiment ,
