Newsprint Tag

When  I  saw  newsprint  mentioned  it  reminded me  of  cutting paper  snowflakes  when  I  was  a  child  so  I  decided  to make  one  for this tag .
For the  background  I used  LC  Designs  Christmas paper  .I  cut  and folded  the  newsprint  and  decorated  it  with  stickles  and  glitter,added  a pearl  ,a sentiment  and  white  ribon  from  my  stash.
