Rainbows

As  everyone  is  sick of all  the  rain  we have  been  experiencing  ,I  decided  to  make  a  positive  card  about it  . 
Both  the  stamp  and  the  sentiment are  from  LC designs  ,
I began  by  using  background papers of  two  colours  fro  LC Splodge Papers  ,  I  designed the  next layer with  a  digikit  from  Serif  and  added  Springis here  on  Safmat.
I  coloured  the  stamp  with  PMs  and  die  cut  borders  using  Spellbinders Sapphire  dies, 
The embellishments  that  I  added  are Glossy  accents ( rain ) .rainbow  sticker  and Sparkle Pen.
