I love  this  little  girls boots  ,the  frog  must  wonder  what  they  are  !!!!
The  backing paper  for  this card came from  an LOTV paper pad (sadly discontinued ) The image is a dinky  stamp by  LC Designs  called Welly  Girl.  I  coloured it v  with  PM
s and used panpastels  for  the  background  ,The  border is die  cut  from Lea'bilities flower  frame  die .
The  embellishments  that  i have used  are  Liquid  Pearls ,flock  and  glossy accents  .
