I  am fast  becoming  addicted to  All  dressed up  stamps  .This  digi  was  a delight  to  colour  with  Promarkers  and panpastels  and  she is  so cute  .
I used  a spotted  card  for  the base card  ,I  added  a  die  cut made  with  Cricut  Paper Lace  .I  framed the  dig  with  another  die  cut  embossed  with a dotty  folder 
I used  CC  Spray  and  sparkle ,glitter,and  stickles  to  add bling  . The  embellishments  are  card  candi , gems  and  a love  sentiment  from  my  stash  .
