One layer

I  am pleased  that  I  could make  this  card  just using  a  base  card  and  a  frame .
I  began  this  card by  adding  distress ink in  blue  and  green  before  dry  embossing  the  base  card using  a doily  circle  embossing  folder  .  I  added  Green  gold  gilding  wax and  a  die  cut  frame .
The  stamped image is  LC  designs  Dinkies  Welly  Girl  coloured  with  PMs  .
All I  added  was foam pads  and  flocking  .
