I  did  create this background in  various  colours, but  then  decided  to  make it in   monochrome  . The  fairy  digi  is from Bugaboo  and  I  fussy  cut her  . I  coloured her  with  pens  and  added  glitter  and  stickles .I  added  a border of  printed  gingham on  acetate . To  complete   I punched  the  sentiment  and layered it on  netting  .
