A New Baby Girl

This  cute  little  girl  comes  from  Panny  Black  Transparent stamps  'Birthday  Baby'
I  fussy  cut  her  ,coloured  her with  promarkers   and added  stickles  and glitter .
To  complete  I used  a background of  Hunky  Dory  ombre  card dry  embossed  with  a rattle  folder     ,a die  cut  mirri  circle  ,confetti  stars  and  sticker  sentiment  .
