Surprise surprise

This lovely  digi  is  from  All  dressed up  and is  called 'Christmas  Present  ' although  I  decided  to  change  it  to  a birthday  present  .I used  a  combination of  background  papers  from  Little  Claire's  designs  papers  and  after  colouring  the  digi  with  Promarkers  and  glitter  glue  ,I  die  cut  around it ,A  sentiment  from  my  stash  ,spotted  organza  ribbon  and  bow   from  Crafty  Ribbons  and  star  stickers  complete  the  card  .
