Chloe paper piecing

I  was lucky  enough  to  win  a paper  pack of  Wild  Rose Bella  papers .I used  several  of  them on  this  card  and  chose  one  to  Paper  piece  Chloe's  dress  and  hat  band  .  I  coloured  the  digistamp ( Chloe  with  ribbed hat from  Pink  Gem  designs),with  PMs  and  added  Stickles  and beads  .I  cut  a fancy  square   die  using  Spellbinders  Sapphire  die  .
The  embellishments  are  Mirri  star  to  which I added  appropriate  coloured  beads  . I  used  washi  tape  and  a  rub on sentiment  to  complete  the  card .
