 For  this  card  I used  a  design  from  LOTV  which  I  fussy  cut  . I  coloured it  with  PMs  adding  glossy  accents  and  Pinflair  snowit . I layered it onto  oval  diecuts  and  completed  with  sentiment  and  snowflake  confetti .
