Will they dry in time ?

 I used  a  stamp  called  Wet  wings  from  Lavinia  for  this  card  . After colouring  with  Promarkers I   added  stickles  glue  to  the  wings  . I used  white  glitter  card  and  wings  paper  for  the background . I  would like  to  enter  this  card into  the  following  challenge  -----
