On the crest of a wave .

 For  this  card I used  a digi  from  LOTV . I  coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  added  glossy  accents,stickles  and  sugar powder  .I used  Blue  glitter  and  snowy paper  from LOTV  for  the backgrounds . To complete  I  added  a  die  cut  sentiment  .
