I began  this  card  with  a  design  from LOTV  called Ellie  I  fussy  cut it  coloured  it  with  Promarkers  and  added  Tonic  Glitter  accents  to  give  an impression of  skin  . I used  paper  from  my  stash  a die  cut  square  by  Tonic  ,a  die  cut  sentiment  Organza  ribbon  and  bow,  felt  teddy  and tag  sentiments  from  LOTV  to  complete  the  card  .
