Chloe with Gift

The image I  used  for  this  card  is  Chloe  with  gift  by  Pink  Gem  Designs  ,I  fussy  cut it  ,coloured  with  Promarkers  and  added Stickles  in  several  colours  The lights  at  the  top  were  also  made like  this .  I  dry  embossed  some paper  from  my  stash  with  a  snowflake  border  and  sprayed  it  with  CC  Spray  and  Sparkle  , To  complete  the  card  I  added Peel offs  .
