I have had this stamp for years and because I cut up the sheet I cant say what it is !! I coloured it with Promarkers and added glossy accents . The background is computer generated using my own design , I dry embossed it with a spotty embossing folder and added glitter glue plastc discs for bubbles and added foam by using Cosmic Shimmer Glitter Jewels Diamond snow which gave the right effect .I die cut a circle border for round the stamp.
I added buttons of a duck and boat and fun in the snow from a pack of fancy buttons similar to dress it up buttons .
