Just one  more  Valentine  card  before  I  move  on  .I  wanted  to include  a  stamp on  this  one  so I  used  Penny Black  Winter  Wonderland  and  coloured  it  with Promarkers  in  the  appropriate  colours  .

Here  goes  with  the  second Christmas  card  made  for  2015  ,One a  week  should make  life  a lot  easier  by  the  end of  the year  as I  always  forget  people  and  need  more  than  I  make!

Scalloped  circle  for  mounting  to make  easel  card dry  embossed  with  snowy  embossing  folder .
Embellishments =  Punched  snowflake, Christmas  Ribbon , dewdrops .Red  gilding  wax

Some  new craft items  that I have bought  are  the  collection  of  fairies  and  sentiments  from  LOTV . They  are  delightful  characters  and  I had  to  make  a  card  straightaway   .It is  an  easel  card  and  I  wanted  to  leave it  as  simple  as  possible  .I  thought  the  fairies  would  make  good  charms  so  I  stamped  them onto  shrink  plastic  ,not  forgetting  to  punch  a hole  first  !! I  experimented  with  different  colours of  shrink  plastic  but  white  showed up  the  design best  and  the  end  result  wasnt  too  small as I had  thought it  would  be. 

I  used  --
A square  card  which  I  dry  embossed  .
Various  shaped  borders the  centre  one  being  from  Sue  Wilsons Italian  die  collection  .
Onto  this  I  stamped  the  sentiment  from  LOTV  Fairy  sentiment  sheet and  heat  embossed it .
Fairies  cut  and  coloured  from  LOTV little  fairies set  89.
I  embellished  the  card  with  tiny  gems  and  stars to  create  a  fairy  atmosphere  .
The  shrink  plastic  fairy  was  attached  with  silver  cord  .
I  coloured  a  tiny  peel off  for  the  Birthday  sentiment .

I  have  been  waiting  to  receive  my  ' Pancake  Day' stamp  from  L.O.T.V. since  the  day  they  gave  a blog hop  of  their  new  stamps  .  I  got mine  yesterday and  just had  to use  it  straightaway   as  the  character is  so  cute  .  A 'Pancake  Day '  card is  an unusual  one  but  no  doubt  I  will  find  someone  to  send it  to  . I just  had  to  add  the  extras  needed  to  make  a  good  pancake  !!!! Enjoy   !

I  embossed  the  card  and  used  gilding  wax  on  the  top  .

Having  completed one  card in  a  different  style  to usual, I  wanted  to  try  a  more  ambitious project  which  included  stamping . Originally  I  intended  it  to  be  just  black  and  white  but  it  was  too  severe  so  the  red  crept in  .

I used  White  and  Red  Mirri  card  ,foiled  acetate  in  silver  all  cut  with  Cricut  Lacy  Labels , all   were  glittered using  CC Spray  and sparkle ( Irridescent).
The top  stamp was  LOTV 'Filigree  Heart ',Coloured with promarkers and  I added  Liqid  pearls .
The  With  love  stamp  was  a  freebie 
Embellishments  Silver and  red  peel offs,gems  and  wooden  heart  by  Crafty  Bitz ,

I  decided  to  get  into  the  Valentine  season  by  cutting  some  hearts out  and  working from  there  and  this  is  the  first  card  I  came  up  with  .I  wanted  the  card  to  match  the  shape  so  chose  a  different  shaped  card  to  my usual  square.  I  embossed  it  to  give  it  some  pattern and used  pearl  moon  gilding  wax  to give it  a shine .The  finished  card  is  quite  different  to  my first  idea! 

I used =
Red  mirri and black  and  white  card  to  cut  out  heart  shapes  and  decoration  using  Cricut  Paper  lace .  I  cut  various  sizes  in order  to matt  and layer  them  .Each  piece  was  sprayed  with  C  Companion  Spray  and  sparkle  .
The  flowers  were  made using  punched petals  glittered  and  formed into  flowers .
The  embellishments  I  used  were  Dewdrops  and  coloured  peel offs  .

I opted  for faux  stitching  on  this  birthday  card  for  a  sewing  enthusiast  friend ,as sewing is not my forte !!!
