I began this card by adding white splatters with Posca pens ,The majority of the snowflakes are die cuts with some stickers , To complete I added a die cut sentiment and sticker lines .

I love the spattering it adds a great touch to the night sky peeking through those snowflake "curtains" - like a real snowstorm seen through a window covered in snowflake decals! Fantastic job!
