 This  design  comes  from  LOTV  and is  a  preprinted one .  I layered it  with  Craft  Buddy  Nested  circles  die  cut  .  I  added backing paper  from  LOTV  yellow  roses  gold  ribbon  and  a  sticker  sentiment  ,
