Sailing

 I used  a digi  from  All dressed up  for  this  card , I  fussy  cut the image  coloured it  with  Promarkers  and  die  cut it  with  a tattered lace  lacy  border  . I  cut  a  circle  in  the base  card  after  adding  waves  background  paper  and  completed  with  a  die  cut  sentiment  ,
