Yet another swinging card from me . I love to see them reflecting the light as they revolve .
For this one I began with a backing paper from Raspberry Road Winter wonderland and dry enbossed the top with a dotty folder . I added liquid pearls to the snow . I used a circular snow border die cut using glitter paper. On the inside I added glitter film to make it shine .I used snowflake die to cut two snowflakes and invisible thread for t to habg . To complete I added more snowflakes and a stamped sentiment by LOTV.
