I  was  really  amused  by  this  statement  I  found on  my graphics digikits  nd thought that  it  would look good  with this  stamp  . I layered papers  from my  stash  and  edged  one  with peel off  lines  .The  stamp is  from  LC  designs  and is  called  Chairman  .
I  coloured it  with  PMs  after  fussy  cutting it  .
