This  card is  for  a  new great  nephew  as you  can  see is very  new  !
The  background paper  for  this  card is  from First  Edition  Its a  Boy  Paper  pad. Thenext layer is LCs Pastel  Gingham  Paper  Pad  framed  with  stitched  square  die  cut  border  .The stamp is  LOTVs ' Baby  with  Teddy' coloured  with  PMs.
The  embellishments I added  are   bib  button, with  safmat  sentiment  Baby  Ribbon  and  bow .
butterfly  ,paper  flower ,glitterand  sentiment  tag  from  LOTV  .
