Girls and boys come out to play

The  base  card  for  this is  a  black  card  edged  in blue mica  paint  . The  background  was designed on  serif  and matted onto  a pale  blue  happy   birthday card  . I added  the sun  which is  a  disc  c,oloured in yellow  and  has  stcickles  glue  added to it  . The  boy  and  girl images  are  from LOTV Kitten  Cuddles  and Hanging  Around    and  I  coloured  them in  Promarkers  .I  added  a die  cut  fence  and  part of  spellbinders  die flower  border The  embellishments  are  die  cut  leaves  from  a  cricut  cartridge coloured with promarkers,punched  flowers  topped  with  liquid  pearls,  peel off  borders  and  gingham  card  candi  .
